Wellbeing

At St. Mary's, the wellbeing of all of our school community is of vital importance to us. With the current situation, it is even more crucial for everyone to take care of their physical and mental health. Here we will post links to resources that could be helpful for you and your family. Please remember that we are always here to help and support you as best we can. Stay safe and God bless.

Mental Health Awareness Week 2020

Mental Health Awareness Week is taking place from May 18th - 24th. The theme this year is KINDNESS, which is more important than ever during these unprecedented times. How could you show kindness during these tough times?

Don't forget that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Something as simple as going for a walk or listening to your favourite music can help to keep you mentally healthy.

You can find even more resources for Mental Health Awareness Week here.
