Health & Wellbeing

The wellbeing of our school community is of vital importance to us. Here are links to resources that could be helpful for families. Please remember that we are always here to help and support as best we can. Should you wish to talk face to face with someone, please contact the school office to make an appointment. Remember, it's ok not to be ok!

Our mental health is just as important as our physical health. Taking even just a few minutes out of our day to focus on our mental health can be very beneficial - it shouldn't be a chore or another thing to do when everyday life is busy enough anyway.
